Need Help With Chip Ethics

I have a hypothetical situation I need help with. Suppose that you purchased an item from an auction or site, and the seller sent you the wrong item, only to refuse to send you the item you purchased, and refunded your money instead. Suppose further that after a passage of time you purchased an item from the same seller, which was advertised in new condition, but when the item was received it had OBVIOUS signs of damage. You ask the seller for a refund, which they give you, but with the accusation that you are a liar. They state that the item was perfect when they sent it, and that they are offended at your accusation, stating that you are the only complaint they have ever had. They then site the initial transaction, blaming you, and state that they will have nothing further to do with you.

My question is this: do I have an obligation as a member of the CC>CC to inform other members of a seller I suspect of being intentionally untruthful? Or, do I let it go, and remind myself to only deal with sellers I know to be reputable?
