Marc, yes, they are decorated in the same fashion. One thing I found interesting when I visited both was that although they're owned by the same company (which also owns the Rampart Casino in Summerlin), their slot programs are not linked. So if you go to both, be sure to sign up for a player's card at both. You'll get twice the new-member benefits (mine were $10 in free slot play at one, $20 at the other).
As for other locals casinos, I would strongly recommend that you see the M Resort, which also is a bit out of the way but definitely worth the trip.
