I don't know if the 2010 info will be on the same site...?? In 2005 all that one had to do was to go on line and sign up to enter. You might be able to find out more from the Elks Club? In 2005 they originally were going to limit the number of entries, but they got so many people wanting to be in the parade that they expanded it.
