Re: Donated painting and recognition

Here are a few facts to set the record straight.

Looking at the two years 'donations' together, the paintings, prints and chips have earned the club a gross income of approx $10,900.
That has to be reduced by costs of framing, prints, chips, airtites & tubes amounting to some $2,600.

Tracy and Carlos have been granted free tables at the convention (where they were not restricted to selling items of a 'gaming related nature' as every other dealer is, free banquet tickets, free club memberships AND 50% of the proceeds of the print sales.
Last year, the club was given the rights to future (post convention) print sales. This year, Carlos retained those rights, along with 250 of the prints, to sell for himself.
The club has therefore effectively given Carlos & Tracy around $2200 over the two years in return for the painting donations.
