I got this from James at the Convention. It's new to me. Off-white, very shiny gold hotstamp (looks black in scan). It's a little lighter than a standard Paul-son chip, and if you look carefully at one side, three of the hats have circles in them. I suspect it's a Chinese made chip. Feel and matte finish are very good if it's a molded piece.

It doesn't say No Cash Value, but of course, white is the wrong color for a Caesars 100. It has a little wear, and I don't think it is a recent manufacture. Could have been made for a keychain or such but this one has not been drilled.
