There are several ways that you can 'resize' your images. I use this way the most... Assuming that you are using MSWindows for your PC? If so, then you probably have the Paint software...
From >start>programs>accessories - select Paint.
Open up that picture, then type cntl-W to resize the picture.. the default currently is 100 and 100, but you can change that to any size you want like 60 and 60 then press enter, and look at your new size. If you don't like it, you can always 'undo' the change by typing cntl-Z. Then, just do it again.
