I think that's a bit of an overstatement Jimbo! Would you mind telling us who are the convention dealers who said they won't be coming back next year because of one dealer not following advance instructions ... and who had another option available to obtain the services of a porter?

I sincerely hope that next year's Convention Chairman, Sandy Steffner, does not come under the public scrutiny that her husband Jim has in this thread. With public observations such as yours ... the club stands more to lose it's volunteer base, not the dealer base.
