Jimbo; Not only do our convention dealers sometimes utilize porter service, but so do many hotel guests when they have lots of luggage. I personally think that you came down too hard on Convention Chairman Jim Steffner (now President Jim Steffner) for doing his job (and doing it well) in view of the fact that you have confirmed the advance instructions to ALL of the convention dealers clearly stated "WEDNESDAY ONLY" for unloading at the back loading dock.
