You MUST be signed up and paid 30 minutes prior to the start. None of this signing up after the tournament was supposed to have started. The big rush to seat everybody at the last minute was a big part of the problem. That guy was the 11th player seated at our table about 10 after 7:00. I've never played at an 11 seat table before.
