Did you ever check the laser lock on the Palms original rack? There is a laser checker in the cage.
There must be 25 different designs on each of the 1st $1 chips we issued. 28 different $1 chips x 25 different images in the laser lock = 700 different chips per your idea about different TCR numbers for UV markings.
I agree they should have different TCR numbers.
