According to the Chip Rack, Club Fortune was open from 1937-1948.

I have the token in your picture, as well as 2 smaller ones that have a Keno Card in place of the Horseshoe. One is Brass and one is Aluminum. I have a duplicate of the aluminum token if anyone is interested.
