My best guess for a set like that would be about $800-$1,000 today, but you could get more if you're not looking to sell them immediately. Right after Paulson stopped selling to the public prices shot up to $2-$3/chip, and you still might be able to get that on some sets, but in this economy I generally don't think much is moving at all in the way of higher-end poker sets.
You might also ask your question on www.chiptalk.net, since that is more geared toward poker set collecting, rather than individual poker chip collecting.
