My daughters eye glasses were ready.....and pick up more contacts for me.
Buy new sport shoes for me and more socks for the kids.
And one of my missions was to pick up shoe laces for dress shoes.....
This is where breakdown started to happen.......Went to "Macys" shoe department....nothing...they do not sell these anymore.
I visited "Kohls" and bought the new tennis shoes and socks for the kids....could'nt find the laces....nothing again....found out they do not sell these anymore.
Walked into "Confort Shoes"......"we have never sold shoe laces".
By then I broke down and started kicking and screaming (the usual tantrum when things are rather difficult)
I caught several people attention and the mall security guards.
I was "tased" and wrestled to the ground.
The paramedics arrived and gave me a seditive.
After a few minutes of restoring focus I ask the mall director "Where in the hell can I buy shoe laces in this damn mall"?
He looked at me and said...."this is a shoe lace free mall"......."You would need to buy this at "Target" or "Wal-Mart"
Ok.....So I was a little over the top about what really happened......I did find my shoe laces at "Target"
Why do stores sell products with no extra service items?
No wonder several of these operations go out of business.....who needs them.
Have a fun day,
Dave
