For all newcomers, a few tips to help you survive the Convention.

. Some people drink too much. (Help them out by passing to me for testing).

. Some people gamble too much. (Can't help with this one. It's me.)

. Some will tell you look great tonight. (See Number 1)

. Some will ask "Can You Lend Me $10?. (See Number 2)

. If a man on a scooter ask "Where Is The Elevator?" Keep him occupied until morning.

. If you want to meet some folks who want to meet you, stop by the "Splash Bar" any evening. Again please refer to #1.

. Do not fall for the line "I bought the last one, it's your turn."

. When at the "Splash Bar" be prepared for dealers telling you to save your money for the "Show Floor" (A very good idea).

. Bottom line, you are going to have a great time, meet some wonderful folks and will be "hooked" on chipping for a long long time.

. Can't wait to see my ol' buddys and meet some new pals.
