Maybe someone can add to this... However, I know that a few boxes popped up in Florida. I personally bought a box at a local flea market. Along side of that box were a box of old generics 25's (orange). The box had "Norfolk" hand written on it. I don't know if they are connected. I saw at least one box sell on ebay. A coin dealer must have gotten a hold of a box, they are listing multiple auctions of lots of the chips, one chip in the lot being the Paddlewheel.
