More than once recently I've received chips from ebay auctions that were described as NEW, but were far from it.

I got two of them in today. Both were generally decent chips, but neither was NEW by any stretch of the imagination. In fact, one of them I'm returning because of a huge chunk missing out of the edge. I'm keeping the other one, it is ok, but it is well used with small edge dings and wear visible.

Please, those of you that use NEW in your descriptions, that means NO USE, NO WEAR. If you need to use a magnifying glass, then get one.
