I was just there earlier this year, and will probably be going back this coming weekend.
That chip is NO longer in use. When the new "poker" chips were ordered and put into play, the $3 chip was pulled.
The managers that I have spoken with on the last 2 occasions have said that they still have them, but you cannot buy one from the cage.
They use them for other purposes or not at all now.

I would say that $20-$25 would be right around the right neighborhood for it.
