· Oh Canada – All 10 Canadian provinces have been represented, as well as the Yukon Territory. A total of 861 Canadians have entered.
· Top 5 Provinces: Ontario leads Canada with 355 entrants, followed by British Columbia (221); Quebec (114); Alberta (98) and Manitoba (20).
· Top 5 Countries: After the U.S. and Canada, the United Kingdom has the most entrants (269) followed by Germany (170); France (113); Russia (111) and Netherlands (83).
· Olympic Proportions: 57 different nations thus far have entered an event including: United Arab Emirates, Morocco, Korea, India, China, Belarus, Bavaria and Turkey.
· Home Cookin’: USA dominates the bracelet leaderboard, winning 9 of the first 10 events that have concluded thus far. Russia has the lone non-U.S. bracelet, but it came in the $40,000 buy-in No-Limit Hold’em event, a field dominated by the game’s top players.
· Nice ROI: 6,012 entrants played in Event#4, the $1,000 Buy-in No-Limit Hold’em ‘stimulus special.’ This was the fourth-largest tournament field in live poker history and the largest non-WSOP Main Event field ever. Winner won $771K.
· That’s A Lot of Coin: The $40,000 No-Limit Hold’em Event#2 set a record for largest live tournament prize pool ($7,718,400) outside of a Main Event.
· Oma-gosh: The 918 entrants for Event#3 established a record for the largest Omaha live tournament field ever.
