At the time they were routinely getting over $200 a set and they provided a copy of a handwritten letter from the art/set design guy they bought the chips from. If your chips were from that earlier bunch, you might have a copy of that letter as that was what passed for a COA before Premiere/MIRAMAX sold the remaining chips.
When Premiere Props sold the bulk of the remaining Miramax "vault" chips off it became a crapshoot. Some sets went for outrageous amounts and others went for really good prices. In the last year or so, they have sold for $30 to $50 apiece on eBay for most denominations. Bob is dead-on in his pricing for a set of the two $100 chips based on the auctions I have watched over the last couple of years.
FYI -The two chips that are worth WAY more are the $1 KGB and the $500 Chesterfield. Apparently only a relative few of each of those were made.
