that this guide continues as well as our hobby continues. I bought one and its the first one I bought as a brand new publication. My other one was bought after it was out for a year or so and the 9th edition 2002 was given to me by a member and that one was way out of date but showed me the importance of this guide. I am still learning all the various tid bits of info this guide has but its now next to my computer and I grab it often when looking at Ebay and it helps me evaluate how high I will bid or if I should "let it go" and wait for another. I think the Values have declined on Ebay but I dont blame Ebay for that rather its a supply and demand issue, there are too many people selling chips and R-1's and 2's and 3's sell for low prices MOST of the time but the rare chips often get more (in a % ratio of value to final value received).Although I did see a 25.00 Birdcage recently close for less than 100.00 but most I watch seem to settle near their value.
