I'm the original poster from Chip Talk. Average is the best of these, right? And Used the least desirable? I don't know how to rate them. Is there an on-line guide that might help me, or would I need a book? Also, C & W? Chips and ...? TCR? The Chip Register? James is the author of both? James who? Not Jim Follis? I wouldn't mind consulting an expert!
