Bank of America allows us to transfer funds from my personal checking account to another person's account, even at another bank.
The problem is that I need to know the other person's routing and checking account number.
The receiver must have to really trust you with that information.

I'll look into it. I don't see why anyone should care if someone knows his routing/checking account numbers. Anytime you pay by check, anyone can read your routing/checking numbers from the physical check.
