I'm reading this as the foam is covered in velvet and it is all attached to a board. So I would imagine that if that is the case the foam deterioration wouldn't be an issue.

I just wish they came in a smaller size. I'm ONLY collecting El Rey items and I doubt I'd ever need that many spaces for dice. Would be nice ot think about though. I have seven different styles and was previously only aware of about 4. So there's hope for more!
