I've always had a fee taken out of EVERY payment I have received and I don't believe I have a premier account. If someone sends me money from paypal balance, or from their checking or credit card, I can accept it all and it all takes out fees, so I never understood why people say they can't take paypal from credit cards. So I guess no change for my account then.
