situation can be frustrating, and appreciate the opportunity to help you
resolve this issue.

Effective June 4, we have removed the limit of 5 credit card payments
per year with a 4.9% charge on personal accounts. Instead we have
implemented the same fee structure on personal accounts as we have on
our Premier and Business accounts. Which are 2.9% + .30 cents on every
transaction.

We still will not charge a fee for payments marked personal.
