The Tiny Treasures displays are beautiful. Personally, though, I wouldn't use them because of the foam under the velvet.(Unless TT can assure you that the foam is archival quality and won't damage the dice long-term, or unless the dice are already marked by foam and you're o.k. with risking further marks)...but that's just my opinion. As I said before, I don't know the ideal storage solution.

I wouldn't do any laquer/enamel if the dice aren't crystallized (which they don't appear to be). Over the years dice have been made out of different materials...so since the El Rey dice might not crystallize, why risk altering them which also would risk permanent damage. (Enamel won't help with foam marks or other damage...it will only strengthen heavily crystallized dice).
