I can envision a small craft operation transporting guests to and from a full-blown casino hotel operation out in International waters on a style similar to that of Mr Stanly Ho's.

I've just about got everyone (management) hand picked as to who I believe will make such an operation not only work... but be a 5-star experience as well; from high-rollers' salons to Europa and American gaming while including a tropical South American ambiance.

I have all the outfitters selected as well as world-class hoteliers and a select group of restaurateurs... and of course my favorite chip/plaque manufacturer...

...but all I'm lacking is the $$$ and what to name the operation....
