Thank you, Gene. I still have a lot more places and stories to add. I also want to add info on a number of the little club owners. I'm also working a story about a shooting in 1940 at the Talk of the Town in Peoria that connects the woman shooter to a murder in 1936 in Chicago. That murder (Audrey Vallette aka Annabelle Blake) was national headlines in July 1936 and involved the part owner of The Nut House Club in Chicago. The other owner was Joe Fusco who was Capone's brewmaster. A lot of big names tie into this forgotten story.
