The new Diamond Jo's is the best in my opinion. It is now land based and the boat is closed. One floor is the casino and the other floor a bowling alley. Very nice casino and people too.

The Mystique is the new name as it was taken over by new owners and used to be called Dubuque Greyhound and casino. Its been completely renovated and I have not seen it yet. I went through there in March. They have new chips on the tables.
