If you scanned them side by side and didn't alter the results, I would assume...(and you know what they say about that word)...they are different colors.

If they are the same, I would love to pick your brain a bit as I just bought a new scanner and most of the chips scan beautifully but hot pink and lime green chips will not scan even close to the right color.
