One good example was the Casino Dinant "International Flag Series" which included the Belgian, U.S.S.R., Euro and USA Flags... where the USA flag was the most popular plaque with Americans.

I also had other plaque sets that were quite rare and I never split those up, either... but I still see nothing wrong with someone asking... but I think what Dan is talking about are the $5 chips that are offered w/o actually being an issued set/stackable set or whatever, but rather a grouping of chips that could be from even more than one casino or more than one gambling jurisdiction...
