Ruben, the first answer is yes - we will take orders for "The Gaming Table" after the convention by mail. Until it's received from the printer, we cannot tell how much it will cost to ship, but I'll post when we have it in hand and know the total cost.

As for "The Chip Rack," that's published by another group now, and KMW Publishing does not have access to copies.
