Remember, chip manufacturers never make only one chip.
Rule of thumb is if you see one for sale it is mors than likely more will follow soon.

The original buyer of the green Lookout House made a sales post on this board. You can find it in the archives. I knew that his selling price would fall as soon the "have to have now," buyers were done.
Not sure what his selling price was but am sure it was a $100 or more.
