They DO have uncirculated chips but not at the cashier's cage. The uncirculated ones dating back to 1998 are in a vault and the cashiers do not have access. BUT, if you ask for a complete set, the cashier will phone the office and have a set sent down. As of last week, they could only make another four complete sets as they were short of the 2001 (so they told me). I previously made a set by getting a chip each year but some were circulated..SO, I bought an uncirculated set last week.
