Fred, here's what I would do: Visit club glossary

... and search under "E" for the word "EDGE" where I would find two entries; one entry defines a chip's EDGE and the second entry notes and defines "EDGE INSERTS." Having gathered that info for study, I would reread Matthew's post and scroll down to the area in his post where he actually shows chips and I would apply the info I found at the club glossary ["EDGE INSERTS"]. vbg

"Edgespots" translates to "inserts".

Inserts can produce edge spots, but...
The Florida sun can also produce age spots.

A UK distributor used to call them wedge inserts
