What is the status of the new bi-pass bridge they are building. Last time the wife and I were in LV and visited the Dam (summer 2007), they appeared to be just getting started. Additionally this past weekend, I saw an extreme engineering program on tv and it took the progress all the way to them having it ready for the arch components. It looks like the bridge is much of an engineering wonder as the dam was back in the 30s.
