Good set of instructions, Jim. I had not explored the keystroke method but I see it would speed things up from the mouse selecting method.

One thing I would add: make sure to set the marquee tool to "fixed aspect" ratio. That makes sure your circle selections are round circles and not some kind of oblong if you don't size it exactly right when you size it with the mouse.
