The last time I was there, (if Im thinking of the right place, a few blocks south of the PLAZA?) the prices were set by the individual dealers. Some were high, some were quite low. I got several items, the most memorable was a pair of three color dice from the Holiday casino at a VERY low price IMO at $4.

I always thought they were one of the best places by way of variety and location.
