I have had to do this before. What I do is go to my ebay and on the sold area find the auction and then mark this as unpaid. then when you go back to it you can use the send invoice from the drop down box. I have nothing in my sold on ebay or I would double check this. If you cant use the unpaid try other options but this is how I did it before. Hope this helps
