I thought these were sales samples because of the TR KING hot stamp on the RED chip but it was pointed out that some of the chips were "handed out" from the production over run when the Eisenhower chip set was made in 1954. This scan shows both sides of the RED chip only and I will e-mail you higher res pix of both sides of each chip and point out the slight imperfections if you are interested.
