For some, the better choice is to ignore ALL email from all financial institutions, eBay and PayPal included, and instead, visit those places directly (based on saved links (favorites)) and look for messages or announcements there.

There is NOTHING that eBay, PayPal and banks have to say via email that can be trusted! Always visit the real site and log-on to retrieve any information!
