First there was a Casino Apache. In Mid 2003 they also opened the Casino Apache Travel Center. In Mid 2003, Casino Apache got new chips that say Inn of the Mountain Gods on the rolling edge. Sometime between then and March of 2005, I believe the first Casino Apache closed down and they opened their new casino, the Inn of the Mountain Gods. Obviously there was a lot of overlap between the time they brought out the first chips that said Inn of the Mountain Gods and the time that they finished the rebranding and became Inn of the Mountain Gods.

Ed Norris and I were just talking about this a few weeks ago and I was trying to get a handle on the exact chain of events. The above is the way I understand it at the moment.
