FWIW, I've spent plenty of time at the State Archives and the Nevada Historical Society, and never came across an Allen Boyd Club. In addition, I used to collect old phone books and catalog all the club names and dates - no match there either.

However, I will contact Guy Rocha, who spent his life researching Nevada and was in charge of the State Archives, and see if he has any info.
