The material from the French seller - 3 X's followed by YURIORLOV and then 3 more X"s - did arrive today. I paid him by paypal on May 6 and the chips were shipped May 19. IMO a seller that waits 13 days to ship is not to be recommended but as I said, I did get the chips.
