normal time frame for a "big" hand
In Response To: Question to Craps Players ()

When a new hand starts, the rolls come quickly. However, as the winners increase and start pressing their bets and more bets go to the props (proposition bets), it takes longer for the dealers to make the payoffs. Also, even with a boxman or double-box, as the dealers get pushed out to move across the table and go on break, it takes longer for them to explain to the incoming dealer exactly who has what bets on the layout. By the end of the big hand, it's easy to see a roll every two minutes.
