We have a very busy season going on this year where I work... The casino business is still holding it's own here. With supervisors that report to me taking their vacations plus our concerts and promotions going on I can't get enough days off in a row for a vacation. We had a change in policy for managers I can't save my vacation (PTO) time and bank it, it is now a straight use it or lose it by the end of the year type of thing.
