I can not tell you much about the value of the WC Borland chips Tom but I sure would like to have the whole set. I found this near uncirculated WC Borland chip in a dealers $3 bin at the convention two years ago and I just love this chip! WC Fields was one of my favorite characters growing up and I guess one of Borland's too.
