This $.25 chip from the Gardena Club in Gardena CA is probably the the only known example. I posted it here a week or so ago and it is not in any of the 3 guides I have checked and no one recognized it. In any case, it is on Ebay now so if you collect CA chips this is your chance to get it. I only have the one chip. Here is a link to the auction:
