I bought 70 $5 chips from a seller in France - I can't list his name exactly because the board considers it "bad" language - and the chips never arrived and ebay got my money back. Anyway, look out for seller with 3 X's (the bad language part) followed by YURIORLOV and then ending again with 3 X's. He has more chips on ebay that appear to be a good deal but my experience is that youo will just get a problem.
