My point is what constitutes an "over run" regarding quantity?
What does "...there are only two 'complete' sets that exist..." [with any set] really mean... and do sets with some pieces missing not matter regarding quantities...? Of course they matter; thus the term "remnants."
If Charlie Endy is saying that he was personally involved with making the set and also saying there were "over runs" that were "handed out" and that he does not recall to whom (or how many to whom)... you're asking me?
